The position exists to ensure the successful execution of the customer data management process across the business.

This role also ensures that customer data is collected, recorded and maintained accurately and made available to satisfy the needs of the business

The position encompasses the following major functions or key result areas:

• Data stewardship

• Corporate contribution

Data Stewardship

• Gathers data in SAP and the Customer Relationship Management system to support sales commitments on a day to day basis

• Collaborates on reports for orders and sales on a month to month basis

• Adheres to processes related to order and sales data in SAP and the Customer Relationship Management system

• Accounts for all administration related to data for orders, sales and Sales Account opportunities on SAP and the Customer Relationship Management system

• Any other duties relevant to the position as delegated by the Solutions Centre Manager

• Attends and participates in events, conferences, workshops and meetings that are relevant

• Contributes to a positive work environment that reflects the core values of company.

• Undertake any other tasks or one-off projects which may be assigned from time to time

• Ensure protection of the company’s commercial interests always and in all circumstances

• Matric

• Diploma in information management would be advantageous

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of prepayment and revenue management products

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management system

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
